1. After we understood the problem, we needed to specify the outcome we want our intervention to have.
2. The map on the left shows how bad governance is a contributing factor that leads to many negative consequences. The map on the right shows how a problem like hazardous air can be caused by many factors.
3. This is a logic model that shows the flow of activities and helps in visualizing contributing factors, negative consequences, and anticipated outcomes from activities.
